  2. Fixed-fee engagements — No hourly billing, no scope creep surprises. Pilots are scoped and priced upfront.
  3. Value-based, not seat-based — Pricing reflects the compliance and legal risk we help you eliminate, not arbitrary agent counts.

Q: Is the open-source version feature-complete?

Yes. The Apache-2.0 version includes all core features: policy enforcement, capability tokens, approvals, tamper-evident logs, operator UI, and the 47ers library. Commercial engagements provide expert deployment and support, not locked features.

Q: What's included in the pilot fee?

Everything listed in the Pilot section above — fixed price, no hidden costs. Additional agents or workflows beyond the agreed scope may require a change order.

Q: Do we own the deployment after a pilot?

Yes. Pilots deploy UAPK Gateway to your infrastructure. You own the deployment. After the pilot, you can self-manage (open-source) or move to Enterprise Support.

Q: What if the pilot doesn't meet objectives?

We work closely with you to define success criteria upfront. If agreed objectives aren't met, there's no obligation to continue. Our goal is your production deployment, not billable hours.

Q: Can we start with the Blueprint and then move to a Pilot?

Yes — that's the recommended path when you need buy-in before committing to a full implementation. Blueprint fee is credited in full toward a Pilot if you engage within 90 days.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts for multiple workflows?

Yes. Contact us if you have multiple workflows or business units — we can structure an engagement that covers them efficiently.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, SEPA, or credit card (invoiced). Annual contracts available at a discount. We can accommodate most procurement processes including PO-based billing.
